The notion that your surroundings determine your reality is fallible. Exotic is not a predetermined place or set of circumstances; it is a state of mind. Urbanity and the natural world, big cities and small town life, are all connected by threads of colors, textures, and shapes. All it takes is a little imagination.
Rob is a Fine Art Photographer, born in the UK. He studied photography next to a chocolate factory, and has lived in three countries, visited 47 of the 50 states, and stood on the highest point of 5 of them. His work is the product of lifelong curiosity . His images have been published both in print and digitally, on the websites of Time and The Discovery Channel, in American Baby and Baltimore magazines, it has graced the cover and interior of Gunnar Madsen’s CD ‘Two Hands’, and Rob was even interviewed on air by WABC’s News Director. He has exhibited locally several times, the most recent of which was a solo show at the Garden Street Lofts Gallery in Hoboken, NJ.
He is currently living in Union City, NJ, with his wife, two daughters, and a clumsy dog. His wife and daughters have red hair. He has grey hair.
